REQUIREMENTS

It is wise to read these “small print” carefully. Both you and Goudkust holiday homes will find your and our rights and obligations in this. If you rent a holiday home at Gold Coast, you confirm that you agree with the conditions printed below.

To reserve
1.1 You can make a reservation by phone, e-mail or via the internet. These booking methods are binding for you and Goudkust holiday homes. With the recording of a reservation order by telephone, e-mail or via the internet, the general reservation conditions come into effect. The client is jointly and severally liable for the fulfillment of all obligations by himself and all fellow travelers arising from the travel agreement.

2. Reservation order and payment
2.1 Every reservation order is confirmed by Goudkust holiday homes by means of a reservation confirmation.
2.2 Within two weeks after receiving this confirmation you pay 30% of the rent. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
2.3 If you make a reservation in the short term, i.e. 6 weeks or less before the start of the rental period, you must pay the total travel sum by return by e-mail. to make an internet payment or telephone payment by bank.
2.4 In the event of late payment, Goudkust holiday homes are entitled to cancel the reserved accommodation. The cancellation conditions will then remain in full force (see Article 3).

3. Cancellation by the tenant
3.1 Cancellations must be made by e-mail to Goudkust holiday homes. Immediately after receiving the cancellation, Gold Coast sends holiday homes a cancellation confirmation / invoice.
3.2 If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, you do not owe any rent.
3.3 If you cancel within 6 weeks and 30 days before the start of the rental period, you owe 50% of the invoiced amount.
3.3 If you cancel within 6 weeks and 30 days before the start of the rental period, you owe 50% of the invoiced amount.
3.5 Money already paid will be settled and paid immediately in accordance with the cancellation provisions and the cancellation invoice.
3.6 Canceled reservations can be transferred to third parties in consultation with Goudkust.

4. Cancellation by Gold Coast holiday homes
4.1 If Goudkust holiday homes are forced to cancel the already rented accommodation due to circumstances, the tenant will be notified immediately and, if possible, with a suitable alternative offered. If the tenant does not accept this alternative, or if Goudkust holiday homes are unable to offer an alternative, Goudkust holiday homes will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. Tenant has no more or other right than the reclaim of this amount.
4.2 Gold Coast holiday homes has the right to refuse a booking on behalf of the lessor due to age or composition of the group. A landlord may also apply other conditions in such a case.

5. Liability of the tenant
5.1 During your stay in the accommodation, you as a tenant are fully liable for the rented accommodation, the furnishings and all items that belong to the rented property, and you will fully compensate damage caused by your actions and / or by your traveling companions, pets. must be immediately and to the landlord. As a tenant you are also fully liable for any additional costs. Goudkust holiday homes is entitled to hold the tenant liable if the damage caused has not been settled, or not properly, or the costs payable locally have not been paid (in full) by the tenant. All related (collection) costs are entirely for the account of the tenant mentioned in the booking confirmation.
5.2 The number of persons stated in the accommodation description is the maximum permitted number of persons. Occupancy with more people than the maximum number is not permitted and the owner is then entitled to refuse you access to the accommodation.

6.Liability of Gold Coast holiday homes
6.1 Goudkust holiday homes cannot accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury, of any nature whatsoever, caused to or by tenants of accommodations contracted by Goudkust holiday homes.
6.2 Obvious errors or mistakes in the description or prices of the accommodations offered by Goudkust holiday homes do not bind Goudkust holiday homes. Goudkust holiday homes cannot accept any liability for interim changes in data, prices or typing or printing errors.
6.3 The (price) information on the website is leading.
6.4 Gold Coast holiday homes cannot be liable for natural disasters, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, attacks, strikes, violence and coming into contact with an aircraft or parts thereof.
6.5 It may happen that work is being carried out in the vicinity of your accommodation. Think, for example, of road disruptions, construction work and activities. You will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any noise nuisance. After all, we cannot prevent and / or stop such work.
6.6 Gold Coast holiday homes is, in whatever case, fully liable for the amount of the rent.
6.7 Dutch law applies to all our reservation agreements and subsequent agreements. All disputes that may arise with regard to an agreement will be settled by the competent court in Alkmaar.

7. Complaints
7.1 Despite our concerns, it is possible that you may have a complaint. This complaint must be submitted to the homeowner or his representative on the spot. In serious cases, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved on the spot, you should immediately contact Goudkust holiday rentals from your holiday destination. Often a reasonable, acceptable solution is possible and you keep your holiday pleasure.
7.2 If, after having contacted Goudkust holiday homes on site, the complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved, the complaint must be submitted to Goudkust holiday homes in writing (e-mail) and with motivation within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period. . Complaints submitted later will not be accepted and will invalidate an alleged claim right.
7.3 The independent involvement of an accommodation other than that offered by Goudkust holiday homes, or the abandonment of the rented accommodation without consultation with Goudkust holiday homes, nullifies all rights to compensation or reimbursement.
7.4 Gold Coast holiday homes is not present on site. We are, however, available by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

8. On the spot
8.1 The rental of the accommodations of Gold Coast holiday homes runs from Friday to Friday, unless stated otherwise in the property description / price list. You can move into your accommodation on the 1st day of stay between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. On the day of departure, you generally leave the accommodation before 10 am. In some cases this may differ. Always consult your travel documents for the arrival and departure time. Other arrival and / or departure times may be possible in consultation with the landlord, but make a good appointment with the landlord.
8.2 You must rent bed linen at the accommodations. Other services offered can be found in the property description.
8.3 With the accommodations you are obliged to have the owner take care of the final cleaning against payment.
